International Music Competition Berlin

All competitors can choose a free program of any classical music period (Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Contemporary etc.). The works have to be performed from memory, except the music for ensembles (duo to octet with or without piano). The time limits are approximate. So recordings are admitted, which are a little bit longer or shorter. The final selection of winners will be based solely on the video recordings submitted.

Video recording requirements:

Solo performance (piano, strings, wind instruments, accordeon, percussion, voice)

Chamber music ensembles consisting of two – six musicians. The instrumental combination is free.

The age group for ensembles is determined by the average age of the ensemble members/Lied Duo members.
